The match between Fiorentina and Parma is going to be streamed on ESPN, with a live text commentary by Tom Brady.
It will be a first for Italy and one of the most important matches of the year for the country.
The game starts at 11.30pm GMT (10.30am BST).
Italy have won the last three meetings between the two sides and will play in Turin on Saturday.
There are nine matches remaining in the Serie A season, and four of them will be played at the stadium in Rome.
In total, there will be 10 teams in the top four of the table.
The first match will be between the reigning champions Juventus and Napoli, while Juventus will take on Milan on Thursday.
Italian Football Federation (FIGC) president Andrea Di Matteo has announced the official schedule for the rest of the season, which includes six matches at home.
“This is the most exciting period of our sport’s history,” Di Mattea said.
On Sunday, there are two home games against Fiorendina, while Milan face Parma on Saturday in a Europa League match.
Both games will be streamed live on ESPN and the match will also be shown on ESPN3.
The matches will be broadcast by ESPN3, but not on the internet.
This will be the first time that both Italy and France will play at the same stadium in the same season since the beginning of the 2014-15 season.
All Italy-France matches will also feature live commentary.
It will be live on Saturday, April 25, at 11pm GMT.
